Let’s be real-AI still struggles to count fingers on a cartoon hand. 🙄
We’ve got people out here talking about conscious machines while the AI we’re using can’t even tell the difference between a coffee mug and a hotdog without a bounding box and three rounds of prompting.
This isn’t Star Trek. It’s barely Buck Rogers.
💻 Yes, AI can write.
📊 Yes, it can analyse data.
👁️ No, it doesn’t “understand” anything.
We’re acting like it’s magic when it’s just math. And that math still needs a lot of supervision.
So the next time someone says “AI is going to replace all of us,” ask them if their AI can even label a dog correctly without mistaking it for a couch.
Let’s stop pretending this thing is your digital soulmate.
It’s more like an intern with potential-and really weird blind spots.
