Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Senior Ops / AI Science team on the data behind Daniel, Sasha and Nadia. You'll turn messy, real-world CRM, POS and kiosk data into clean datasets, propensity models, and one-line recommendations that business owners actually act on.

What you'll do

  • ✓Clean, merge and QA multi-source datasets (CRM, POS, kiosks, Excel extracts)
  • ✓Write & optimise SQL — joins, aggregations and window functions
  • ✓Run descriptive analytics: cohorts, funnels, RFM / RFMP, conversion funnels
  • ✓Build & validate logistic-regression / propensity models, and interpret results for business owners
  • ✓Produce management-ready charts, short slide summaries and one-line recommendations
  • ✓Support Senior Ops / AI Science in data checks, UAT and deployment monitoring
  • ✓Document assumptions, edge-cases and data-quality issues

Must-have skills

  • ✓Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Statistics / Math / Data Science (or equivalent)
  • ✓SQL: basic → intermediate (joins, group by, filters; window functions preferred)
  • ✓Python: Pandas / NumPy for data cleaning & analysis
  • ✓Statistics: logistic regression, hypothesis testing, distributions, sampling
  • ✓Business sense — can answer "what does this number mean for revenue, cost or quality?"
  • ✓Clear written English and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • ✓Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker Studio)
  • ✓Coursework or projects in propensity modelling, pricing and demand forecasting
  • ✓Basic familiarity with Git or other version control
  • ✓Exposure to real-world datasets (internships, competitions, capstone projects)

Be the right hand to AISensum’s founders and leadership. You’ll keep the executive engine running — calendars, travel, meetings and the dozens of small things that let the team stay in the lead.

What you'll do

  • ✓Own complex calendars, scheduling and meeting logistics across time zones
  • ✓Coordinate domestic & international travel, itineraries and expenses
  • ✓Prepare agendas, take notes and track action items to closure
  • ✓Draft and manage correspondence, decks and documents for leadership
  • ✓Organise team events, offsites and client visits
  • ✓Be the connective tissue between leadership, the team and partners

Must-have skills

  • ✓3+ years as an EA / PA, ideally supporting senior leaders
  • ✓Exceptional organisation and follow-through — nothing slips
  • ✓Fluent written & spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • ✓Calm, proactive and resourceful under pressure
  • ✓Strong with Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, Slack and calendar tools
  • ✓Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
