We’re now hiring a Junior AI Engineer to help build and deploy the next generation of marketing AI tools and workflows.

🎯 What You’ll Do

As a Junior AI Engineer, you will:

• Assist in designing and deploying agentic AI workflows using tools like n8n, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
  
• Support in building and scaling LLM-powered agents using Cursor, OpenAI APIs, or open-source models
  
• Help create modular AI components that plug into marketing workflows (e.g., content generation, asset tagging, auto-summarization, performance insight generation)
  
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and Product Engineers to automate end-to-end business use cases using AI
  
• Participate in testing, debugging, and maintaining AI pipelines and tools
  
• Help track model performance, accuracy, and feedback loops using internal analytics tools
  
• Document and present your work clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

🛠️ You Should Know or Be Excited to Learn:

Core Skills

• Proficiency in Python, especially for scripting, automation, and API integration
  
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models like Mistral or LLaMA)
  
• Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
  
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, or vector search
  
• Hands-on with n8n, Zapier, or similar workflow automation platforms
  
• Comfortable using Cursor (or willing to learn it fast!)
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, or Flask for deploying AI services
  
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Pinecone for data storage and retrieval
  
• Experience with tools like Weights & Biases, Streamlit, or Gradio for prototyping
  
• Interest in Marketing AI use cases like performance optimization, smart creative generation, or user segmentation

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or automation
  
• Passionate about using AI in practical business settings, especially marketing
  
• Fast learner and problem solver—able to Google, test, fail, and iterate rapidly

• Thrive in a scrappy startup culture with cross-functional teams and fast timelines
