I didn’t even notice the AI was working.
One of our junior execs pulled up a customer mood dashboard this morning, and it showed a spike in friction during checkout across three cities.
I thought, okay, we’ll flag it.
Except we didn’t need to.
An AI agent had already paused the offer for Jakarta, rerouted promo budget to Bandung, and nudged customer service to prep a soft-touch message.
📅 Thursday, 8:00am
A Slack alert:
“Customer sentiment has improved 17% overnight. Keep running test variant B.”
I had nothing to do with that test. The agent built it.
📅 Friday, 3:45pm
My CMO asked me what I personally did this week to improve campaign performance.
I said:
“I hired an invisible co-pilot.”
That’s the reality now.
