Runs continuously inside an enterprise workflow, meaning the AI is part of the operating cadence, not a tool someone opens when they have time. It is upstream of the work, not downstream of it.

Why “Teammate” and Not “Agent” or “Assistant”
Words shape behaviour. The term you use to describe what AI does inside your business determines how your team relates to it.

The 95% Problem. Why Most Enterprise AI Fails
Before we explain what works, we have to be precise about what fails. This is where AISensum’s first proprietary framework enters the playbook: the STALL Failure Model.

A – Accuracy Distortion. The AI is “accurate” on the demo dataset. In production, accuracy varies wildly by segment, geography, document type, or edge case. Aggregate accuracy looks acceptable; segment accuracy is catastrophic. By the time the variance is detected, trust is gone.
L – Latent Data Debt. The AI surfaces problems the business has been ignoring for years. Duplicate customer records, conflicting product taxonomies, broken master data. Instead of solving the data debt, the business blames the AI. The pilot dies because the data was never ready.
L – Leaderless Governance. No single executive owns the AI outcome. IT owns the deployment. Operations owns the workflow. Finance owns the budget. None owns the result. When performance dips, ownership diffuses, accountability evaporates, and the program drifts to closure.
The Diagnostic Question
If you are running an AI program right now, ask the executive sponsor this: “Which of the five STALL modes are we currently exposed to?”
An answer of “none” means the program is being marked optimistically. “We don’t know” means the program is in trouble. “Two or three, and here’s our mitigation” means you are in the 5% who survive to production.

How Daniel Operates

The Quality Problem No One Measures
Walk into any enterprise operating frontline service such as; retail, F&B, financial services, telecom, healthcare, hospitality and ask the operations director what their SOP compliance rate is.
You will hear a number around 80%.
That number is reported because it is the number that human supervisors can observe. Human supervisors can sample less than 5% of frontline interactions.
